Aloha!  I have two convenient Honolulu locations to serve you.  Pilates Advantage is in Kaimuki at 3465 Waialae Ave. #101 in the CPB bank building.  The second is Civic Massage Center in 1314 So.      I am honored to have you visit my website.  Thank you for your interest.

I have been in the massage field for 20 years.  I must say that it has been a very gratifying experience to have helped so many people.  I have a unique background in music education, so I try to create a total experience of ambient music, lighting and expert technique for a wonderful treatment that makes you say, "Aaaahhhh".

I practice a blend of Swedish, Hawaiian Lomilomi, deep tissue, sports massage, trigger point, and have certification in Zen therapy, Lymphatic massage, and third degree Reiki. 

I wish to help you to live your best possible life.  My role is to encourage you to experience life fully, to perform your very best, and to find a balance between the demands of everyday living and the bliss of relaxation.
